Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups almonds
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon tumeric
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon cumin
¼ teaspoon coriander seeds
Directions:
Place olive oil in a large cast iron pan over medium heat
Add pecans or almonds to skillet
Stir in salt, tumeric, pepper, cumin and coriander seeds
Continue toasting the pecans/almonds in the pan until they are fragrant, about 5 minutes
Remove from heat and allow the nuts to cool in the pan
Serve as a delicious protein snack.
