Highlighting Your Hair The Natural Way…

Chamomile tea and fresh lemon juice together maybe used as a natural hair lightener. The only other requirement is to sit in the sunshine….hopefully we will get plenty today! Make a cup of chamomile tea and squeeze in the juice of 2 lemons. Wash hair with shampoo, do not use conditioner and apply mixture to wet hair. Then sit in the sun and allow hair to dry. It will give you natural highlights. The chamomile brings out natural looking blonde tones. The key is to use both ingredients together – lemon juice alone can result in brassy streaks.

    Hi Colette
i was never good with figures so I prefer to use cups and work with the flavour as i go. I tend to add extra veg, herbs and spices in everything! Check out these links they may guide you with conversions. I hope this helps. Just copy each link into your google bar and they will bring you there directly.

    Hi Colette
It can be used on dyed hair but do it with caution because sometimes products these days can react badly to certain ingredients. Your question makes complete sense and not daft at all!
