HEALTHY NUT & CHOCOLATE PANCAKE
1 cup cashew nuts
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 organic eggs
½ cup mashed banana
1 tablespoon raw honey
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
EASY DIRECTIONS:
1. Pulse cashews first and then add in baking soda, eggs, banana, baking soda and honey until smooth
2. Add in dark chocolate chips
3. Stir in chocolate chips by hand
4. Heat coconut oil in pan over a medium heat
5. Spoon on pancake mix
6. Cook for about a minute on each side
7. Serve warm with raw honey or maple syrup or lucuma
