5 dates, chopped
1/3 cup oats
2 tsp walnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Using a food processor, chop dates into a paste. Remove and put into a bowl.
Now chop oats and walnuts until finely ground. Mix into the date paste with your hands. Form two bars and eat or refrigerate to firm up more.
