Detox Recipes

Vegetable juices cleanse the blood, alkalise the system and also encourage liver detoxification.  Eating organic and staying away from meat, fish, dairy and wheat can really give your body a rest and help detoxify it. Cellular nutrition is important for re booting your body and for blood clansing. Here is an example of one day from my detox programme:

Upon Rising

Juice 3 ribs celery, 2 golden apples, one handful of parsley (then wait 30 minutes before eating breakfast)

Chopped fresh nectarines and peaches and flaked almonds placed in a bowl with coconut

nectarines and peaches.
