Chocolate Energy Pudding

Serves 2-3

1 banana
1/3 cup cacao powder
3-4 tbsp agave nectar
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
3-4 tbsp coconut oil (softened)
1/4 cup water or coconut water

Put everything in a food processor or blender
Store in the refrigerator if you like, but it becomes more solid as the coconut oil hardens. Simply let stand in a warm room for 30 minutes before serving.
