Quick & Easy Snack For Fitness Fanatics

Just made up some cottage cheese. It is an excellent source of protein and many bodybuilders live on it because it contains casein and it slowly releases energy and doesnt spike insulin. Flavour it up with some chives, cherry tomatoes and cayenne pepper. Have it as a snack on its own or with some crudités for dipping.
