10 Minute Meal

Lunch today took me only 10 mins! Onion, garlic, chilli, red pepper, courgette, mushroom, tamarind (stops sugar cravings) broccoli, ginger, sesame seeds, maple syrup and tamari. Seasoned with a pinch of Himalayan salt and black pepper to help me absorb the nutrients. Steam fry in a wok. Add onions, garlic and chilli first on a low heat and allow to simmer. Add the rest of ingredients and serve!
